Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on advanced XML technologies such as displaying XML files (transformation of XML documents based on XSLT), navigation across the DOM tree (XPath), XQuery (query language) and uniform access to the XML documents (DOM XML). In the given course, the students will be acquainted with the basics of processing of XML files with the help of PHP (DOM XML and PHP, Simple XML, XSLT and PHP).

Prerequisites
|
Teaching in English is meant only for erasmus and foreign students. In the case of a small number of students is teaching in a form of individual consultations.

Assessment methods and criteria
|

Attendance of practice is obligatory. Student must save the results of each practice in order to show them at the test. Min 75 % of the results must be correct. Student must answer the question which he gets at the test in order to explain the results of practical task.
