Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with a clear development of the history of European thought and Czech art from the beginning of the 17th century to the end of the Baroque. Emphasis is placed on the overall historical context, selected artistic figures, and individual significant locations and cultural centers.
The graduate demonstrates knowledge of the development of artistic creation from the beginnings of the Baroque style to its end. He is able to identify and date significant works and historical buildings, is familiar with the issues of individual schools, art centers and significant personalities. He has an overview of the basic titles of domestic and foreign literature.

Attendance with a maximum of 3 absences, continuous completion of assigned tasks (e.g. participation in guided tours of exhibitions and permanent art-historical expositions). Passing the credit test and oral exam.
