Learning outcomes

The aim of the Institutional internship I course is to enable students to acquire detailed knowledge of the working environment of the National Heritage Institute, its system, employment positions and expert and operational activities. Based on their own preferences, the student chooses either an internship at a regional specialist workplace, ensuring the care of the heritage fund in various regions in the Czech Republic, or at one of the buildings of the territorial heritage administration, ensuring the administration of state monuments.
This internship appropriately extends the theoretical knowledge acquired during studies. The student also gets a better idea of the possibilities of future employment and gets into contact with actual work in the field of study. They gain new knowledge and competences depending on the specific institution chosen.
