Learning outcomes
The course will cover essential legal terminology and principles ranging from the outline of Roman law through development of private and public law in our country from the earliest history up to the 20th century. Within the course we will look at particular legal resources along with development of processional law at particular courts.
Students should acquire general overview of development of property and processional law in our territory and get acquainted with the most important legal resources.

Student will be asked for basic orientation in law development at our state territory and process law at particular courts. As the condition of succesfull graduation student must be able to explicate, date and sum up the main sources of law, as well as to have a knowledge of basic concepts and principles of law.
