Learning outcomes |
The course introduces students to the cultural-scientific or "diskursive" reorientation of regional studies in German as a foreign and second language. Central approaches, terms and concepts that have emerged or been adapted in the course of this reorientation are presented, discussed and examined in terms of their added value for foreign language methodology. Further attention will be paid to current controversies and unresolved issues in the field of German as a foreign language.
The student - is familiar with the problem of mediating regional studies in foreign language teaching - knows the basic terminology in this field - is able to critically reflect on and apply the acquired knowledge in the teaching of the German language |
