The goal is to enhance the general competencies of doctoral students in the area of soft skills.
Students will expand their existing abilities and skills to include additional soft skills, which they will be able to apply not only during their doctoral studies but also in their future careers or academic pursuits.

Assessment methods and criteria

Completion of at least two lectures or workshops focused on soft skills, organized by the UJEP Doctoral Academy during the given academic year. Students must provide proof of completion by submitting the relevant confirmation (certificate) to the program director. Credit is awarded during the summer semester of the given academic year.
