Learning outcomes
Basic algorithms of particle and fluid modelling in solid-state physics, microelectronics and optoelectronics. Modelling of thin film growth - 2D growth, 3D growth, application of image processing methods. Study of morphological properties of composite films. Study of transport properties of thin metal films and composite films. Introduction to Fourier optics and percolation theory.

Prerequisites
Teaching in English is meant only for erasmus and foreign students. In the case of a small number of students is teaching in a form of individual consultations.
