Learning outcomes
In the course we give basic overview of plasma physics with stress to aplications in space physics. The first part of the course is devoted to standard plasma theory (motion of charged particles in electromagnetic fields, magnetic mirroring, waves in plasma, transport theory, instabilities, fundamentals of kinetic theory) the second part of the course is devoted to the magnetohydrodynamic approach of large scale plasma processes treatment.

Prerequisites
Teaching in English is meant only for erasmus and foreign students. In the case of a small number of students is teaching in a form of individual consultations.
