Learning outcomes
In the course we formulate and derive the theoretical basis relevant to description of many particle systems (in the statistical ensemble approach), methods which are used to statistical analysis of classical and quantum systems in thermodynamic equilibrium and classical and quantum statistics. The potential and usefulness of the theory is then demonstrated on analysis of several simple systems of primarily noninteracting particles.

Prerequisites
Teaching in English is meant only for erasmus and foreign students. In the case of a small number of students is teaching in a form of individual consultations.
