Learning outcomes
Student will acquire basic understanding of public projects, will be able to design simple public projects and perform selected types of project evaluations, including the ability to suggest potential ways how to monetize non-market effects of the public projects. Focus will be primarily on investment projects.
Knowledge of public projects' basics, ability to plan and design a simple public project, understanding of project evaluation, ability to perform basic project evaluations, ability to identify ways of monetizing non-market effects of projects.

Three written tests (3x20 points) using PC that will include open theoretical questions and practical problems to solve (calculations using provided data), position paper related to a selected article (optional, upt to 10 points). Minimum 40 points required to pass.
