A cycle of free presentations, demonstrations and practical seminars in which students of the Master's programme of study get acquainted with new forms of artistic creation. Specific artworks by established artists (from the sphere of new installation and new object creation, video art, digital photography, net-art, etc.) are analyzed here on both the technological and theoretical levels, and then put in the current artistic context. Based on this confrontation, students create concepts of artistic projects, in which the authors try to apply the acquired knowledge to their own creative outputs. 1. New media practically (audio and video post-production programs, 3D programs, assigning practical tasks + assigning topics of papers). 2. Other new media disciplines (ASCII, Information, Light, Glitch, Robotic art, history, authors). 3. Other new media disciplines (ASCII, Information, Light, Glitch, Robotic art, history, authors) + Performance and new media. 4. New-media installations (examples, artists, exhibitions). 5. Festivals of new-media art (history of selected festivals, specialization, works, authors). 6. 1990s (new media, especially on the Czech visual art scene, 1990-1999, lecture focuses on the period context). 7. 2000s (new media, especially on the Czech visual art scene, 2000-2009, lecture focuses on the period context). 8. 2010s (new media, especially on the Czech visual art scene, 2010-today, lecture focuses on the period context). 9.
