Learning outcomes
|
The course seeks to introduce religious systems based on the typology of religion. Follows up on work experts dealing with specific cultural contexts and thus regulates the results of special religion studies, which deals with the study of individual religious systems. It follows the subject Religion Studies, which is part of the corresponding bachelor's study, and adds a thorough to its comprehensive and theoretical approach a systematic view of traditional and modern religious doctrine and practice. Special emphasis is placed on the contemporary religiosity and contemporary religions.
The student will first get acquainted with the typology of religion. They will learn to apply typology. Furthermore, he will gain a deeper insight into selected religious systems. They will also learn to ask current questions.
