1) Introduction into the subject, its topics and literature 2) Basic methodological concepts I 3) Writing a professional text I: basic formal requirements, types of professional text 4) Basic methodological concepts II 5) Writing a professional text II: ethics of professional work, definition of plagiarism, citation norms 6) Basic methodological concepts III 7) Writing a professional text III: choice of literature and other sources, process of text interpretation 8) Creation of professional text IV: structure of work, principles of elaboration 9) Critical thinking: invalid arguments and argumentation fouls 10) Critical thinking: invalid arguments and argumentation fouls II 11) Critical thinking: invalid arguments and argumentation fouls III 12) Summarizing colloquium

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the basic formal requirements for a professional text and selected rules of critical thinking.
The student will have a basic idea of how to write a professional text and will be able to identify the basic types of argumentative fouls.
