Exercise topics: 1. Use of gymball. 2. Dynamic and static stretching. 3. CORE training. 4. Use of compensatory means in hip and flat leg disorders. 5. Use of compensatory means in knee joint disorders. 6. Use of compensatory means in case of shoulder joint disorders.

Learning outcomes
Teaching of this subject is conceived as practical. Students will obtain information about methodological procedures for weakening the musculoskeletal, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Its content builds on the knowledge of physical education and presents the use of health physical education in physiotherapy.
Expertise: Sudent can define and analyze individual types of weakness. Professional skills: Student is able to create a motion program plan in individual indication areas. General eligibility: Student is practically able to use compensatory means for hip and flat leg disorders, knee and shoulder disorders.
