Course content
|
Exercise topics: 1st consultation: Introduction to the subject, definition of basic terms, medical history, short-term program of physiotherapy of functions. Re-education of postural 2nd consultation: Active movement, types of muscle contractions. Wind gymnastics. 3rd consultation: Passive movement. 4. Consultation: Positioning. Self-study: 1. Implementation of a long-term physiotherapy plan for the indication area of ARO, ICU, surgery. 2. Implementation of the long-term plan of physiotherapy in the area of internal medicine. 3. Implementation of a long-term physiotherapy plan for the indication area of traumatology. 4. Implementation of the long-term physiotherapy plan for the indication area of prosthetics. 5. Video processing of re-education of postural functions in the indication area of neurology vertebrogenic problems, CNS disorders, spinal. 6. Video processing of re-education of postural functions in the indication area of prosthetics - amputation. 7. Video processing of re-education of postural functions in the indication area of orthopedics - fractures of the spine. 8. Video processing on Positioning - transverse spinal lesion, stroke, basal stimulation.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is conceived as theoretical and practical. It acquaints students with the field of physiotherapy, defines basic terminology. It informs about the implementation of physiotherapy plan and goals of physiotherapy. The knowledge gained in teaching this subject is a prerequisite for successful mastery of physiotherapeutic procedures.
Expertise: The student demonstrates broad knowledge of basic concepts in the field of physiotherapy, knows basic anamnestic data, understands the principles of fitness exercises, is able to explain the concept of short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan. Professional skills: The student can realize a unit of fitness exercises according to a specific specification. They are able to apply passive and active movement in basic physiotherapeutic procedures, they can practically re-educate postural functions, positioning according to goals and use breathing gymnastics techniques.
