Learning outcomes
The subject follows the knowledge gained in anatomy, biomechanics and neurophysiology. It deals with general joint function and its skeletal muscle in connection with their involvement in complex movement such as walking, running, and stereotypes of everyday life which is analysed in terms of normal and pathological function. It provides information on the ontogenetic development of human movement.
Subject Knowledge: Student can describe the functional formulas of individual limb joints and individual parts of the spine, he can also describe their engaging into flexion and extension chains. Student knows the influence of the irritation of the proprioceptors and nociceptors onto the changes in the muscle tension; he also knows the influence of a dysfunction of internal organs onto the movement. Subject Skills: Student is able to use different kinds of muscle contraction, is able to assess the correct implementation of different physical stereotypes and on the monitoring basis of the movement and on the basis of functional examination of the joint, can influence the muscular strength and muscular chains by affecting cutaneous proprioceptors.
Prerequisites
Conditional subject was not determined.

Assessment methods and criteria
