Learning outcomes |
The course introduces the basic knowledge in the field of care for a woman and a mother in particular periods being healthy and ill. The educational aim is describe the role of a mother by which a woman fulfils her biological function by means of expert knowledge of gynaecology and obstetrics. It leads to gained knowledge application in prevention and health education among women of different ages and social status.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system, define menstrual disorders, developmental disorders and divergently imposed organs of small pelvis. They can explain the period of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. They know the gynaecological issue of a sportswoman. Subject Skills: Students can apply theoretical knowledge in practice. |
