Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is a complete theoretical and practical mastery of the digital photographic process (from manipulation with a professional camera to the transfer, editing and management of data). Students are acquainted with the operation and equipment of the photographic studio, in which they carry out partial assignments. Special emphasis is placed on post-production and ways of online presentation of projects. After completing the course, the student is able to independently document their own work, or create photographic material for further creative activities in their field or create their own portfolio. During the seminars, students are also informed about prominent personalities of contemporary domestic and foreign photography, the use and interweaving of the photographic medium with other art disciplines and acquainted with current photographic trends. In addition to the basic meaning, ie technical mastery of the entire photographic process, the course develops the ability to use photography not only as a means of documentation, but also as an opportunity for individual creative expression. Teaching cannot be broadly divided into weekly plans - the pedagogical approach is strongly individualized, reflecting the preferences and skills of the group.
