Learning outcomes |
This course is based on purely individual approach and comes out of individual students' needs, in accordance with their focus on a particular theme of their diploma work. During the two semesters, the student consults the practical part of his/her diploma work, as well as its written defence, and starting from the initial seminars, in which the basic principles of creating a diploma work are defined, they realize their themes step by step up to the resulting stage to be presented as part of the final state examinations. Besides consulting realization of the diploma work itself and the written defence of the bachelor's work, the student is recommended professional literature, as well as names of theoreticians, curators or designers and artists who might give him/her further inspiring consultations, study material, and information on the theme.
The student can create a space for various opinions expressed in discussions, not only over their own artistic projects. They know contexts of creation in contemporary visual art and various attitudes of artistic expression, and can use them in their works. The student is aware of technical limits in individual parts of their project. They are able to consult suggested solutions and choose a suitable final approach. |
