Course content
1. Contaminated sites (damages) - Old ecological damages (SEZ) Historical introduction to the subjekt, concepts definitions, contaminants, risks for separate sectors of environment 2. Contaminated sites remediation procedure (OSEZ) within the process of privatisation in the Czech republic Common survey, legal framework, common scheme of procedure (system), financial sources 3. Ecological audit Purpose, legal framework, process phases, extent and methods of investigation of a contaminated sites containment measures - recommendation of appropriate remediation technologies, rough cost study, audit approval procedure 4. Ecological risk analysis (AR) Purpose, legal framework, risk analysis methods, feasibility study, cost study 5. Property fund of the Czech Republic (FNM ČR) Legal basis and role of FNM in OSEZ systém, role of the Ministry of Environment (MŽP) and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate (ČIŽP), old ecological damages remediation procedure (OSEZ) - common scheme, supervision, priorities, other remediation financial sources 6. Investigation works in the OSEZ systeme Ecological audit and Risk analysis elaboration phases, pre-remedial, remedial and post - remedial monitoring, possibilities of using of geophysical methods of investigation and remediation 7.
