Seminar topics: 1.unit (+.-3.week): Helath politics in Europe, Health system conception about a population health, disease prevention 2.unit (4.-6.week): sequence of health and social services for quality of general care, The way of financing health and social care system 3.unit (7.-9.week): Education to health and its integration to health care system, excursion to social care institutions for children, seniors and handicaped

Learning outcomes
The subject acquaints students with a complex health care. It enables to understand the problems of health strengthening and prevention of disease establishment and a new concept of primary health care. It points out a range of new services that ensure available primary care for individuals, families and communities.
Subject instroduces students to cmplex care of population health. It makes it possible to understand issues of boosting health and prevention of diseases and new conception of primary medical care. It is highlighting a variety of new services, which support availability of primary care for individuals, families and comunities.
