Learning outcomes
The course Anatomy deals with macroscopic structure of human body. The first part is devoted to the general chapters, which include the principle of building a human body from cells, through tissues and organs to organ systems. Furthermore, the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles) is discussed throughout the body.
Self-study: Functional anatomy of the pelvis, plane, SI articulation. Skull building, neuro. and splanchnocranium, jaw joint. Head, neck muscles. Torso muscles, pelvic floor, sphincters. Diencephalon, overview of hormones, telencephalon, cortical analyzers. Heart and circulatory system. Anatomy of the respiratory system. Structure and function of the genitourinary system. Professional skills: The student is able to describe the basic principle of human body construction (tissues, organs, organ systems) and is able to describe human musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles), their anatomical structure, function of peripheral and central nervous system including autonomic nervous system, structure and function of organ systems, principles of interconnection between internal organs and locomotor apparatus through autonomic nervous systems. Competences: The student is able to use the field knowledge for palpation examination of important bone structures, for examination of the range of motion around all joint axes, for palpation examination of skeletal muscles and their insertions. The student is able to localize the course of peripheral nerves including their innervation areas, knows the relationships between internal organs, vertebrae of the spine and upper and lower limbs through reflexes of the autonomic nervous system, knows the contact between the internal organs and the musculoskeletal system and the projection of internal organs on the body surface.

Conditions for granting the credit: 80% active participation in seminars, verification of knowledge during the academic year, completion of 1 credit test Conditions for passing the exam: fulfillment of continuous tests in the curriculum, which will be presented at consultations (total success rate 70%). Tests will be written at the beginning of each consultation (except for the first consultation). In the absence of the student will be counted only written tests, but it is necessary to pass at least 2 tests. Exam: written, examination period of academic year 2019/2020 (content of courses KE / ANEK9, KF / ANFK9), oral examination
