Course content
|
1. Basics of fundraising and its typology, strategies for ensuring stability as a foundation for the creative process 2.-3. Navigating activity support documents - sponsorship contracts, donation agreements, grant decisions, and more, including production collaboration in fulfilling contractual conditions 4. Budget and its variability in relation to fundraising, itemized specifications and requirements of accounting documents, examples of budget management 5. Itemized budget and its connection to produced activities - administrative steps, integration of timelines and budgets, financial overview 6. Office operations and administrative support, management of administrative processes 7. Archive management - rules and conditions of archiving, internal archiving for fundraising purposes 8.-9. How to prepare project final report appendices and materials for annual organizational reports, types of attendance reporting for cultural and creative events, and their archiving 10.-11. Formal aspects of appendices as reporting documents, working on assigned tasks - preparation of an appendix for project evaluation for a donor 12. Colloquium - presentation of the task and discussion

Learning outcomes
|
The course emphasizes administrative tasks and financial management in the production of cultural and creative projects, activities, and organizations. Students will become familiar with financial statements, cash flow, and multi-source funding necessary for financial stability in organizational operations and activity implementation. They will learn to identify different types of accounting documents and work with income and expense overviews. Students will also acquire skills in utilizing archival materials for fundraising purposes, as well as gathering, organizing, and archiving documents and materials related to event execution, including creating references to past events for future data analysis. Additionally, students will learn to manage budgets that respond to fundraising income and recognize the essentials of accounting documentation.
The acquired competencies represent the mastery and application of knowledge in the given field, based on the specific course description and aimed at fulfilling the graduate profile.
