1. Introduction to the legal system, branches of law, and fundamental legal concepts 2. Persons and property in law, property rights 3. Contracts ? general contract law 4. Contracts ? selected contract types (purchase agreement, contract for work, and others) 5. Liability for legal breaches and compensation for damages 6. Basics of labor law 7. Business ? entrepreneur and their liability, business corporations, non-profit organizations 8. Business ? selected public law obligations related to business, including trade licenses, taxes, and levies 9. Media law and advertising law 10. Judicial system and enforcement of rights through legal proceedings 11. Misdemeanor law and criminal law 12. Law in an international context ? cross-border legal relations, international treaties, and European Union law

Learning outcomes
