Course content
1. Development of partnerships and collaboration, care for long-term relationships in the cultural and creative environment, partnerships and the use of the so-called fundraising argument 2. Opportunities to utilize outputs and experiences from organizing and producing events to strengthen future collaborations, working with event outputs (data, media coverage, audience feedback) - assignment of an individual task: preparation of a short visual presentation and oral presentation of the implementation of a selected event 3. Presentation of the assigned task and discussion on the topic of communication potential towards the development of partnerships bringing various benefits and opportunities 4.-5. Specific cultural features and identification of subcultures and styles in cultural and creative processes in the KKO sphere, assignment of reports on a selected subculture with exploration of socio-cultural contexts, functions, characteristics and specific outputs in various creative projects 6. Key skills and tools for an event manager, establishing structures and processes for organizing an event - strategic planning 7. Creation of a concept for the accompanying section of a culturally profiled event (divided into 2-3 groups and assignment of a group task: production and dramaturgical preparation of the program section of a selected event) - defining the purpose and scope, setting goals for the event and expected outcomes, creating the concept of the event using a mood board, and determining visual and content memorability for the future audience 8. Work in production groups ? defining the format and scope of the event and its themes, creating a team and preparation for the start of the project, task delegation 9. Production of partial events and communication with guests ensuring the accompanying program, preparation of a list of suppliers/contracted partners and budget preparation, reporting on production work on the group task 10. Technical inspection and system testing, equipment setup, visual identification, effective logistics and team supervision, timeline for the event, verification of the planned budget and its updates 11. Creating checklists to ensure readiness for the start of the event, its partial progress and chosen milestones of the production-secured event, work in production groups 12. Neglected moments of ending an event or project - lack of evaluation and gratitude, and their consequences

Learning outcomes
The course will focus on both the advantages and potential disadvantages of partnership collaboration, as well as the partnership?s ability to foster interdisciplinarity and variability in cultural and creative outputs. Students will learn to evaluate partnership priorities in the cultural and creative sectors, not only from the perspective of production work but also in terms of the overall development of the institution or event format they are a part of as a team player. Additionally, they will learn to differentiate subcultures and work with their identities for both communication and production purposes. The course will provide students with the ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups and individuals, addressing their specific needs within the framework of developing partnerships for producing cultural or creative products. They will also acquire the skills to create checklists and supply items for planned budgets.
The acquired competencies represent the mastery and application of knowledge in the given field, based on the specific course description and aimed at fulfilling the graduate profile.
