Course content
1. Introduction to the issue, basic concepts. 2. Changes to the graphic outputs of the gallery operation. 3. Types of editorial output and printed matter. 4. Invitation and poster. 5. Leaflet, banner, information leaflet. 6. Professional publication and catalog. 7. DTP preparation ? a lecture by an expert from practice. 8. Printing - excursion. 9. Digital documents, platforms and digitization of documents. 10. Presentation, electronic outputs. 11. Digitization of the archive - lecture by an expert from practice. 12. Presentation of own projects - colloquium.

Learning outcomes
As part of the teaching of this subject, students will acquire basic information about the creation of documents and printed matter with regard to for exhibition operation and visual arts. The course will introduce the basic types of publishing output ? professional publication, catalog, leaflet, invitation, poster, etc. Course attendees will receive information about graphic formats (prepress preparation of documents) and other sub-steps of the preparation and implementation of the editorial output, primarily based on practical examples. A part of the course is devoted to digital formats and forms of presentations, which will be implemented as part of one's own creative activity. The course is evenly divided between theoretical lectures and seminars with presentations by personalities, experts or representatives of institutions.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
