Learning activities and teaching methods
unspecified, unspecified
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on experimental implementations in the field of physical and digital interfaces. The specificity is the connection of skills and activities on the axis: material realizations - electrical engineering, light, sound, movement. Teaching is based on a highly individualized approach respecting the creative orientation of the student and his studio background, or the nature of the bachelor's project. The graduate will understand the basic principles of electrical engineering and the operation of simple circuits. Gain awareness of the possibilities of control and programming of control units. He will be able to independently assemble a functional circuit with an overlap to an art object, connect a light or sound source and assemble a kinetic object. Gain knowledge of art based on the relationship man - machine.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
