1. A brief overview of architectural development in the period of the end of the 18th and the first half of the 19th century. The first minimalist tendencies. 2. A series of lectures and exercises in which students get acquainted with the development of architecture since the middle of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century. In the given issue, the shift from historicist architecture towards to modern morphology, determined by the development of architectural avant-garde. Following this development, the gradually changing situation in the field of crafts and design will also be monitored.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study. |
