1. Communication aspects of spoken and written test aimed at PR, structure of presentation, working with information in production and communication of cultural content 2. Communication skills - written text in the context of personal presentation versus written form for PR tools 3. Creation of textual information and its application in communication for cultural product - specifics Newsletter 4. Analysis of a selected cultural product and its communication - case studies 5. Analysis of a selected cultural product and its communication - case studies 6. Branding and consumer value 7. Who is our audience or how to communicate our cultural product in a targeted way 8. Targeting and implementation of promotional activities - target groups and strategies of information delivery, outputs and indicators, the moment of documentation and its ongoing and subsequent usability 9. Reporting for FR purposes in relation to PR, the point of representation 10. Fundraising for arts projects - supporting culture and its activities, motivating factors for FR, basics of budgeting, FR analysis and plan 11. The fundraising argument, sharing good practice with applications for cultural support 12. Methods and tools of fundraising according to providing sources for cultural product 13. Moments of evaluation in cultural production, final report and evaluation of fundraising support (mediareporting, photo report, participation statements, etc.)

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar aims to acquaint students with the practice of team communication and team leadership. The seminar is based on a combination of theoretical knowledge of management and organizational psychology (psychological safety as a basic prerequisite for mutual cooperation, work alliances, joint goal setting, goal hierarchy, meaningfulness as a motivating factor, concept of inner motivation and self-determination theory) and training in practical coaching skills and deliberative managerial practice (GROW behavioral model, solution-oriented techniques, radical openness).
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
