There are misconceptions that real projects, real creative work - that is, a "professional career" will start only indefinitely after graduation. The consequence of this illusion may be the separation of study realizations from the author's life or the mere fulfillment of assigned school tasks. The practically oriented course offers a simulation of a comprehensively conceived design challenge, with an emphasis on finding the starting points of the creative process itself. This elective course is focused on the comprehensive growth of the student's personality and his individual creative development. The aim of the course is to shift and positively stimulate the student's creative competencies, intuitive creativity and joy through understanding the context and potential of their own work. Through the assignment of individual exercises, discussions and presentations, emphasis is placed on unmasking the meaning of creation and on the responsible participation of the designer of the next generation in the author's project. Teaching in the form of group and individual consultations seeks the basis of complex design practice, connections in traditional areas of design, and finds inspiration in unexpected contexts, where historical and anthropological legacy, society, economics, materials and technology play an important role. The seminar further deepens the knowledge and skills acquired in studio teaching or courses in Art Techniques and Disciplinary Technologies, Disciplinary Software. The course format is open to students across the studios of the entire program. With regard to the individual nature of projects, teaching cannot be divided into a precise semester plan, however, part of the teaching is: Introductory setting of the semester format, assignment of individual tasks, ongoing group and individual consultations, presentation of partial shifts, discussions, excursions, exhibitions, presentation of semester output.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concerete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
