Learning outcomes
|
This course engages the broad cultural dynamics of early Britain, with particular attention paid to the developing role of early historical institutions and their impact on mechanisms of power, social conditions, and cultural production. Emphasis is placed on the changing discourses of country's early elites mainly cultural and social, history.
Participants expand their English language competence, discuss particular issues, compare early cultural identities of both countries, apply the knowledge of the English early culture identities when analyzing the Czech culture, identify differences in both systems
