Learning outcomes
This course is complementary to Instrumental Methods and Instrumental Analysis courses. It is designed as an optional course for students who upon completion of the bachelor study want to go to practice. They become familiar with some of more complex methods used in quantitative and qualitative analytical chemistry, in determining the structure of matter, manufacturing quality control and environmental monitoring, which in previous courses can not be paid enough attention. Basic knowledge will be extended to example results which will be within the workshop processed and interpreted. Practise will be an integral part of some methods during the course. Understanding and interpretation of methods assumes the original journal literature study.
