Learning outcomes
Laboratory exercise follows lectures from instrumental methods. During these practical exercises the following methods are introduced: potentiometric and conductometric titrations, biamperometric titrations, anodic stripping voltametry, chronopotentiometry, refractometry and polarometry, optical spectroscopic methods - infrared spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectrometry, photometry and separations - gas and liquid chromatography, isotachophoresis.
