1. Types of public speeches. 2. Public speech x private speech. 3. Principles of impressive and convincing speech. 4. Structure and dividing of public speech. 5. Memorization. 6. Analysis of public speeches (videorecord). 7. Congratulation, toast: speeches in private, in working environment. 8. Formal speeches: wedding, funeral, graduation. 9. Courtesy and tact in public communication 10. Rhetorical ornaments in public speech. 11.-14. Practical exercises for speaking skills.

Learning outcomes |
Students learn to prepare public speech for various social events, they train communication skills which leads to good and persuasive speaking performance.
Student applies the principles of making public speeches and maxims of successful communication in their own practice, manages to produce a persuasive speech, can customize the sound realization of speech to the function of the speech and uses the body language appropriately. |
