Course content
1. Social communication. 2. Maximums for succesful communication. 3. Communication barriers. 4. Preparation of public speech: monologue, dialogue (discussion). 5. Persuasive means in communication. 6. Acoustic signals of speech and their signification. 7. Sort of gestures and its improvement. 8. Exposure of mimics and its meaning in various communication situations. 9. Non-verbal communication in public sphere. 10. Appearance and make-up of communication competitors. 11. Presentation of speech in the view of audience - video samples. 12. Presenation of speech with using of arguments. 13. Analysis of video samples with rating. Practical excercises.

Learning outcomes
Purpose of this course is to teach trainees adequate dialogue, to lead discussion, to control their own behaviour, to persuade other people for using communication resources in talks and lead them to introspection. In seminars are students introduced with typology of speakers, non-verbal speech even with sources of non-verbal and extralingual communication. Students learn to using and monitoring gestore and facial expression in communication uncovering of causes of communication defects. Excercises are completed with clear samples focused on practical rehearsal of verbal even non-verbal communication in public communication.
