Course content
1. Phonetics and phonology in connection with other social even natural sciences. 2. Relation of acoustical and graphical aspects of language. 3. Production and perception of speech. 4. Acoustic aspects of speech. 5. Conditions for comprehension in speech. 6. Orthophony of Czech language vowels and consonants. 7. Spelling changes in fluently speech - orthoepic, non-orthoepic. 8. Composition of sound in fluently speech. Analysis of speech flow, rating. 9. Orthoepy of domestic words. 10. Ortoepy of loanwords. 11. Pronunciation of foreign first names in case of language sources. 12. Rewriting and rating of of concrete speaker sound aspects. 13. Enunciative forms with examples. Requirements of public speaker enunciation.

Learning outcomes
Purpose of this course is selected interpretation of complex piece of knowledge about sound aspects of Czech language, especially in case of needs in custom practice. In terms of lectures and seminars are students introduced with knowledge of anatomy and physiology of organs, which act onto production and perception of speech, they are introducing with orthoepical rulles, learn to value their own speech presenation, even presentation of other students in case of quality of sound implementation, to qualify propriety or non propriety of used sound instruments in concrete sound material. Summary of this course considers needs of professional specialisation of absolvents, which will be work in public sphere and culture of his/her own speech will be affect to large audience of Czech language users.
Student has knowledge of biological conditions of speech, he/she knows properly phonetics terminology, knows how to describe phonetics effect in fluently speech, correctly appraise speech of indivual speakers in case of properly using of phonems, he/she uses orthoepical principles in spoken practice.

knowledge of the field on the level of GCSE exam knowledge of disciplines connected to the central domain of study knowledge of appropriate terminology
