Publishing correspondence, memoirs, and other documents. 10. Specific issues with publishing old Czech literature texts. 11. Problems with determining authorship. 12. Selections and anthologies. 13. Possibilities of textology in the electronic age. 14. Practical exercise with selected text.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of seminars is to familiarize students with basic terms of textology, procedures of textological work, various types of editions and practical usage of textological work outputs. Exam is written.
Student gets familiar with editor's issues, gets idea of editor's work on concrete cases. Learns to distinguish types of editions and use ethological apparatus to deeper insight to the structure of the piece.
