Course content
1. Princiles of biological evolution. Relations between chemical and biological evolution. 2. Evolution teory - historical overview. 3. Interactions: evolution - phylogeny - ontogeny. 4. Molecular evolution. 5. Cellular and cubcellular (organellar) evolution. 6. Deterministic and stochastic models of population processes. 7. Speciation. 8. Natural selection. Fisher´s theoreme. 9. Role of mutation, migration and selection in evolution. 10. Darwinism and neodarwinian concenptions of evolution. 11. Genetic drift. Theory of (near) neutral selection. 12. Origin of live vs evolution. 13. Evolution (theory) vs creationism (theory). 14. Application of evolution biology in praktice.

The aim of the course is to provide information on microevolution and macroevolution, principles, mechanisms and strategies of the biological systems evolution, origin of life, evolution theories, evolution vs creation hypotheses and theories, philosophical and methodological aspects of the evolution. Introduction to Biology or Cellular and General Biology.
