The course will focus on the following topics: " Principles of data collection, sampling design " Determination of abiotic environmental attributes of organisms " The methods used in the study of the abundance and biomass of organisms " The methods used in the study of the spatial distribution of organisms " Methods for monitoring of interactions between organisms - for example assessment of predation, competition, etc. " methods to evaluate diversity of communities
