|
1. Function and mission of archives, relationship to other memory institutions. 2. World archives and archival science in historical development. 3. Formation of archives in our countries until the mid-19th century and the beginnings of specialized care for written monuments. 4. Development of archives in our countries from the mid-19th century to 1918. 5. Development of archives in our countries in the years 1918-1945. 6. Development of archives, their organization and departmental affiliation in the Czechoslovak Republic 1945-1992. 7. Development of archives, their organization after 1992 in the Czech Republic (with emphasis on state archives). 8. Development of specialized archives in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. 9. Pre-archival care. 10. Selection of documents for the archive of final storage (analog and electronic documents). 11. Basic principles of organizing archival funds in historical development. 12. Processing archival materials - definition of the fund, organization schemes, description of the originator. 13. Archival aids. 14. Basic principles of recording archival materials in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic to the present day (including the latest Rules). 15. Use of archival materials and archives. 16. Archival buildings and protection of archival materials. 17. Software and the digital world in archives. 18. Contemporary archival work abroad. 19. Archival education. 20. Archival material of a non-diplomatic nature.

This is the first round of the state final exam for the bachelor's degree program in ArchivalScience. It consists of one question, which is directed towards archival science.
