Course content
1. Characteristics of the bachelor's thesis, examples of bad and good examples. 2. Presentation of individual topics by students (topic, sources, literature, method, division of the work). 3. Presentation of individual topics by students (topic, sources, literature, method, division of the work). 4. Preparation for the defense of the bachelor's thesis. 5. Practical defense training, evaluation.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enable ongoing consultations, discussions on the topics of individual bachelor's theses and control in the final stage of the creation of the bachelor's theses, which is intended to contribute to the creation of optimal conditions for the creation of high-quality final theses. Students present their methodological procedures, ongoing results and conclusions of the work in the seminar. Preparation for the defense is also an important part of the course. At the end of the seminar, preparation for the defense is included, in which students present their work (sources used, research plan, results, etc.). With regard to the effort to create space for the creation of final theses, the teaching is cumulated into five blocks, the rest of the teaching is devoted to individual consultations and is available to students for the preparation of the final theses.
The student is able to present the topic of his/her bachelor's thesis, can introduce the topic, usable sources and literature, outline the methods used and present the structure of the thesis. He/she is able to defend the results of his/her thesis.

Assessment methods and criteria

Presentation of the bachelor's thesis intention, methodological principles and concept of the work, checking the itinerary for the final version of the thesis, regular consultations with the thesis supervisor. Credit requirement - recommendation and approval of the supervisor based on checking the status of the thesis preparation.
