Learning outcomes

The theoretical knowledge gained in previous courses and subjects such as "filing service" and "archiving" will need to be deepened through independent practice in a selected (recommended) filing office, preferably one of the regional or municipal authorities. This practice will allow students to familiarize themselves with the current requirements for electronic file management (compliance with the National Standard for Electronic File Management Systems). It would be appropriate to complete another part of the practice in one of the public archives in order to learn about the work with electronic documents in the archival sphere. Participants should also be familiar with the digitization of original analog funds and collections and the purpose of this digitization from an archival and research perspective.
The student has mastered the basic requirements of practical archival work. The student is able to perform practical document management tasks for a selected originator. The student is familiar with the transfer of theoretical skills into everyday practice in the field of archiving and records management.
