Course content
Content of the course will practice existing grammar and vocabulary skills and their improvement to A2/B1 level. We will deal with following topics: 1. Berufe und Familie 2. Wohnen 3. Tourismus 4. Einkaufen 5. Stadtbesichtigung

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of general German language, the acquisition of which then enables work with specialized historical texts and other materials. During the course of the course, emphasis will be placed on developing and improving students? speaking skills, achieving the ability to react promptly in everyday situations, to express themselves on issues of personal and social life and on general human problems. In the seminars, activities will be applied to expand existing vocabulary and to acquire the ability to use this vocabulary in appropriate situations. The consolidation of familiar grammatical phenomena is an integral part of the course - in conversation or in the form of special exercises, as well as listening comprehension training. Expanding knowledge of German-speaking countries will also be included. The seminars will be conducted using the Menschen textbook at the appropriate level.
We suppose reaching language level A2/B1 according to CEFR. Students will be able to communicate and react it given topics and use their vocabulary and grammar patterns. They should be able to read simple texts and understand simple announcements.

Written essay and active participation in the course. Students will be obliged to prepare exercises in their workbook. ( focused on vocabulary and grammar acquisition).
