Learning outcomes
The aim of course is to present and give students opportunity to use modern equipment, which is in frequent use in a research and industry field. Students will perform four types of experiments based on monitoring of biophysical parameters like changes in fluorescence, circular dichroism or thermodynamical parameters. Students will be divided in a small (2 person groups) and they will perform basic experiments devoted to specified technique. Every week each group will perform different experiment.
