Learning outcomes
The aim of course is to present and give students opportunity to use modern equipments like cell sorter and flow cytometer. During laboratory work students will perform experiments based on fluorescence staining of cells. As a research models, students will use two types of cells: living and fixed cells. It will give them opportunity to learn different techniques of samples preparation and operating with equipments.
