Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquire the skill of choosing suitable and effective activities aimed at awakening the interest of younger school pupils in the English language and its further learning. The subject is focused on effective work with the English language in primary classes with the aim of making pupils enthusiastic about the language and inspiring them to further learning. The selection of activities is based on an understanding of the current principles of effective English teaching for primary school children. This subject is complementary to the subject CJP/4099, English in Primary School.
Before entering the course, English must be mastered at a good level enabling the study of professional texts, listening and videos, their presentation, comments and verbalization of one's own attitudes and professional experiences.
Prerequisites
The English language exam - a higher foreign language within the course of study must already have been successfully completed; Designed for Year 4 and 5 students in KS who have a sufficient command of English to be able to use it in teaching at the primary level.

1. Students work independently and in English with professional resources to work on preparations for teaching English in primary school; 2. Students can discuss their intentions and evaluate specific teaching in English; 3. Students independently and in English create a portfolio of preparations (lesson plans) for content- and language-integrated teaching across primary school subjects according to the teacher's specific instructions;
