Course content
The course is determined by 6 pm. Contact teaching. Topics marked ztučněným letters be delivered within contact teaching. Other topics will be the subject of a separate study (8 hrs.) Based on compulsory and recommended literature. Table of Contents: 1. Introduction and program of the course, an introduction to the aims and content, with a recommended expanding literature. Requirements for credit assignment and essay. 2. Characteristics of basic concepts (strategy, vision, mission, goals). 3. Theory and the importance of strategic planning, types of plans. 4. Creating a school development plan, process and phases. 5. Internal and external determinants. 6. Strategic quality planning, quality management, school self-evaluation. 7th SWOT analysis. 8. The evaluation, self-assessment, monitoring and evaluation. 9. Solution of case studies. 10. Information and Communication System schools. 11. Image school. 12. Culture and school climate. 13. Presentation of seminar papers students. 14. Evaluation of seminars, credit.

Learning outcomes
The course introduces students to the basic concepts of school development strategy, internal and external determinants influencing the development of schools as methods for their detection. Emphasis is placed on basic phases of strategic planning, key areas of long-term planning and the importance of evaluation and school self-evaluation. Students will learn about SWOTT analysis and factors affecting image, school climate and school culture. Students will master to characterize the basic concepts associated with the development strategy of the school, understand the importance of strategic planning for the school and will be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge of the subject in practice.

Student working on assignments and tasks drawn cast in pre-announced deadline. 1. Processing essay. Topics for the seminar work will be presented in the introduction to the subject. 2.
