The master's degree aims to educate managers at various levels of management for individual areas of healthcare, including top management of organizations and institutions. The aim of the study program Organization and Management in Healthcare is: ? preparation of non-medical healthcare workers to perform managerial roles at all levels of management, ? expansion of knowledge about the principles of functioning of healthcare provider facilities, including management of their financial flows, strategy development and human resource management, ? development of the manager's personality with a focus on cooperation skills, communication and presentation skills, problem and conflict resolution, ? familiarization with quality management systems and healthcare systems within the EU, including applicable legislation, ? development of the profession with a focus on supporting scientific work. The expected benefit will be to meet the demand on the open labor market for non-medical healthcare fields, both at the regional and national levels. The graduate will be prepared to perform conceptual activities related to the management and organization of healthcare.
