Key learning outcomes
|
The main aim of the individually conducted doctoral study programme of Visual Communication directed according to each doctoral student's orientation and profile is development of their creative potential in line with deepening of analytical skills and specialized knowledge in the field with an emphasis on contemporary design, graphic design, curatorial studies and visual arts. The accreditation of this branch of study fulfills the three-level education system within one academic unit, which significantly deepens qualifications of FAD JEPU graduates, as well as of graduates of other art colleges (both Czech and foreign), and contributes to increasing the level of contemporary visual culture in the Czech Republic and also to interconnection of higher art education with different levels of artistic creative and research practice, media and industrial production.
