First stage: motivational seminars (two-hour) 1. Introduction to open data (policy and technical requirements) 2. Open data in practice (from a public government point of view) Second stage: workshops, open data tools (two-hour) 1. - 2. Data parsing, data scraping, open data formats 3. - 4. Introduction to cartography, GIS and spatial data, open geodata and their visualization 5. Data journalism, case studies Third stage: public 24 hours hackathon (supervised by lecturers, project proposal based on open data and its presentation)
